Hi! Well, we did get a little better news from the Dr. today. The biopsy they did yesterday was sent to Mayo Clinic and it will probably be Tuesday before they get the official results, however the preliminary results do not show signs of rejection. Right now they are thinking that there is some inflamation that is causing the creatnin to go up. Yep! It did go up a little more overnight.

They are giving him some steroids to try to reduce the inflamation. I guess knowing how stubborn Rich is, we just couldn't expect this to go to smoothly!

Rich said, "It sure hurts to pee~!" and "The food is nothing to write home about." Obviously this side of the hospital doesn't have the Chef that Ingrid had. Of course, Ingrid, honey! You deserved the best for what you have done!

They told us today that we could bring some food in to Rich, so my daughter, Stephanie and her boyfriend are going to bring pizza up for dinner. Whew! Rich will get a break this evening!

Poor Ingrid! I was talking to her earlier today about her pain meds. They sent her home from the hospital with something for pain, and it turns out to be a pain! (The vicodin seems to give her migranes.) Fortunately there is more then one pain medication on the market! Hopefully the darvecet will do a better job for her.

I have to say it is so neat that when the going has gotten tough, we can just sit back and put our faith in the Lord. He has more strength then we could ever understand.
