Greetings to all,

Well Ingrid has made it home as you can tell by the picture attached. That's Brianna with me.

The pain is beginning to become more under control....thank goodness for vicodin. I am looking forward to seeing all at church real soon.

Found out today that our youngest daughter, Brianna, broke he middle finger on her right hand (she is left handed) while coaching volleyball this past weekend and on Monday night. She is all braced up but says that the pain is not to bad...just a nuisance cuz she doesn't have all her fingers workable. She can't text....it is just aweful.

Went for the long walk today to see Rich. He is doing OK...still has a bit of pain trying to reteach those long dormant bladder muscles how to work again, but says that the pain is well worth it all. So far there is absolutely no sign of rejection of the kidney, just that it works way to good. Can't say I did not warn him. He is scheduled to come home tomorrow!!!! Great big YEAH factor in that. We are so impressed with all that he has been through and is still having a positive attitude.

We ask for continued prayers as we continue to recover. Special thanks to Nancy for the wonderful "prayer blankie". I has not left my side since the surgery and has had many a compliment on what a cool and thoughtful gesture it is to have on of them made for you.

Thanks to all and Blessings,

Ingrid
